REACH

The European Union REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation and Restriction of CHemicals) entered into force on 1^st June 2007. According to this regulation, chemical substances manufactured or imported into UE in amount above 1T / year must be registered near to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) based in Helsinki.

A working team has been created last year, who is in charge to coordinate the actions regarding the products marketed in Europe.

The pre-registration process ended on 2008, December 1^st. Sullair Europe complies with the pre-registration requirements for the substances concerned by the REACH regulation.

Sullair Europe has taken into account this regulation and works to implement the substances pre-registration and registration, in partnership with the suppliers. The registration process will be spread out from 2010 to 2018 depending on the tonnage of each substance.
